In another life

It's now the fifth day of Raya, but already it feels like 2 weeks doing raya. Ayah seemed to be squeezing everything so that Kaka got the chance to visit "almost" everybody. We had an open house 2 days ago, from 12 onwards, it was full of people, till the very end. The foods served were daging masak entah, ayam kurma (i think), Fish Mango?, fruits, kuih-kuih, cocktail, Ikan masin (i think ada), kerang masak merah, nasi beriyani kambing. And backup foods, ayam goreng spicy yang ayamas, and nuggets. And we did use the backup foods way too early.

I think there should be more than 100 people coming, really an unexpected turnout. Lucky I had Ustad Sabirin and Shanti to help in the kitchen and at the back. Ustad Sabirin and I even had codes, he'd call me 002 and i'd call him 001. His idea (layan saja tia) hehe. My "UBD" friends came before 6, many thanks to you guys! Siuk! And my OGH friends/juniors, thank you for coming, it's been awhile.Thanks to Lyan, Syl, Adi, M Dino, Hannan, Ka Lisa, Mirul, Nasir etc. I got hyped up since morning. It was really good to finally get the chance to meet you guys. P/s: pictures to be uploaded in Iza's fb. So wait!

Erk.. 4 more days till UK. Can't wait!

Oh yesterday we went to this event at ICC, i think it's called purih kg.peminyak or something like that, to honour the grandparents. Some Ninis were crying, touched by seeing everyone i guess. It was a family gathering organised by Uncle Haji Alli (yang soto babu). I should say that i only knew less than 10% of whoever came to the event. Nini was in front with the other ninis, sitting around at the round table, VVIP yoh! Haha, i don't have any copy of the pictures taken, should be posted in Effa's fb.

We had a late family dinner yesterday at Eusoff cafe. Very bad service. Then Kaka masuk boarding at 12.30am.
